As part of Workday’s larger global updates rolled out twice a year, beginning September 9, Workday improves the manager experience on the Home page. Workday now displays additional contextual information for managers and gives them more insight on areas that matter most. The contexts include Important Dates and Team Highlights.
- Important Dates now display time off and anniversaries for the managers’ direct reports. It also displays the holidays for the manager.
- Team Highlights now display 4 of the manager’s direct reports with an option to view up to 8, giving easy access to view and navigate to their direct reports.
- Quick Review button for Managers in the “Awaiting Your Actions” section of their Home page, which they can use to review and approve their employees’ time off and absence requests without having to navigate to their My Tasks.
