Fall 2023 Reservations Open Nov. 28
On Monday, Nov. 28, 2022, the fall 2023 calendar will be released in Mazevo for event and room reservations. As is customary, reservations can be booked, changed, or canceled up to three business days before the event. There is a $250 charge for an event “no show.”
Reservations at the LMU Playa Vista Campus
With more events occurring at the Playa Vista Campus, room reservations must be submitted 20 days prior to the event, to accommodate the specialized requirements of the venue.
Mazevo Tip: Double-Check Your Math
When adding resources to your event reservation, such as tables and chairs, please make sure the amount requested matches the number of attendees you entered. For example, if you request four round tables with eight chairs each for a total of 32 chairs, please ensure that your attendee count matches at 32. This will help the Event Operations team set up your event accurately.
