
LMU officially transitioned to Mazevo on June 27, 2022, as its event scheduling platform for the Westchester and LMU Playa Vista campuses (this change does not impact LMU Loyola Law School). Mazevo was selected to upgrade the university’s system and help meet its evolving needs for the future, replacing 25Live.
All future Westchester and Playa Vista campus event and room bookings will be made through Mazevo. To schedule an event or reserve a space, log in via mymazevo.com/login using your LMU email address, and click “Add New Request.”Follow the prompts and fill out all fields.
Campus events and room bookings can currently be made through Aug. 31, 2022. Starting Aug. 1, users can make a reservation for the fall 2022 semester; spring 2023 semester reservations will open on Sept. 12.
