Roski Dining Hall will serve all meals on Thursday, Sept. 17, during regular dining hours through convenient takeout service while the dining room hosts a previously scheduled event. Seating will be available in the atrium throughout University Hall, and shuttle service from upper campus will also be provided. View the full menu.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., LMU Hospitality will also host a BBQ on Regents Grass, featuring grilled favorites including hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken breast, and black bean burgers, along with classic sides such as potato salad, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, and chips. Chocolate chip and sugar cookies will be available for dessert. Meal plans will be honored, and lunch will be available to other guests for the standard $16 door price. Community members can enjoy their meals outdoors, with additional seating available on Regents Grass.
Roski Dining Hall will resume normal dine-in operations starting on Friday, Sept. 18.
