Planning to take time off? Enhancements to the Absence Request and Time Off functionality in Workday have made the process easier.
What’s Changing?
An updated Absence Calendar brings a more intuitive and streamlined interface that includes:
- A modernized calendar view for easier navigation
- Enhanced view of time off balances
- Simplified time-off request process with fewer clicks
What You Need to Do:
- No action is required — it will be applied automatically
- When you visit Workday, click on “Absence” to see a simplified view of requesting and viewing absence requests. You will also be able to view your most up-to-date available sick and vacation hours
- If you experience any issues or have questions, reach out to HR at [email protected] or create an HR Helpdesk ticket
