Staff self-evaluations for the 2023-24 performance reviews were due Monday, June 24. At this time, supervisors are required to write the reviews, submit them to their supervisor, and then meet with their direct reports by Wednesday, July 31, to discuss their review.
Reminders:
- Anyone who hasn’t completed the self-evaluation should utilize the Workday instructions and learning modules for guidance.
- Staff members are responsible for acknowledging receipt of the performance review within Workday.
- Supervisors will also need to verify that their direct reports have completed LMU’s Required Compliance training.
- Performance reviews are stored electronically and do not need to be printed or sent to HR.
Additional Resources:
- Supervisors and managers: if you need assistance in finalizing the performance reviews, please refer to the Manager Performance Review Guidelines.
- For a general timeline, please see the 2023-24 Performance Review cycle overview and roadmap.
- The Performance Review hub is another resource containing tools, resources, and trainings.
Note to staff members who also teach classes at LMU: self-evaluations will go to both your manager/supervisor and the dean/chair of the school where you teach. Please let the dean/chair know to disregard the self-evaluation.
As a refresher, here is the at-a-glance performance review process:
