LMU faculty and staff can protect themselves, their coworkers, and their loved ones this flu season — without leaving campus! Human Resources Wellbeing is bringing on-site clinics to both the Westchester and LMU Loyola Law School campuses, to make it quick and easy to get vaccinated during your work day.
You can view the full schedule for each campus below. Please note that COVID-19 boosters are not available for Kaiser Permanente members.
Westchester Campus: Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025
- Kaiser Permanente members: 9:30–10:45 a.m. and 12 –2 p.m. at the Mobile Health Bus (parked outside the University Hall flagpoles)
- Anthem and Non-Kaiser members: 10 a.m.–2 p.m., University Hall Suite 1900
Additionally, Kaiser Permanente is providing free biometric screenings to all LMU employees (including non-Kaiser members) at the Mobile Health Bus by the University Hall flagpoles on Sept. 9.
Biometric screenings include: blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and body mass index (BMI). Everyone who completes a screening will be entered into a raffle for a $100 prize.
All employees, both Kaiser and non-Kaiser, can register here for biometric screenings (if you’re a new user, use the code “loyola”), or stop by as a walk-in on Sept. 9.
