
In preparation for the university closure during winter break, LMU Payroll is processing final 2022 paychecks earlier than usual.
All LMU employees, including both hourly and salaried staff as well as supervisors, must follow the payroll deadlines listed below:
- Non-Exempt (hourly) employees must estimate hours worked and hours for scheduled absences (sick and/or vacation) for Dec. 15 – Dec. 24 and enter those hours in Workday Time Tracking by Thursday, Dec. 15 at 9 a.m.
- Exempt (salaried) employees should submit upcoming absences (sick and/or vacation) for workdays between Dec. 15 – Dec. 21 in the Workday absence calendar by Thursday, Dec. 15 at 9 a.m.
- Supervisors must approve hours worked, estimated hours, and scheduled absences (sick and/or vacation) for their team members in Workday by Thursday, Dec. 15 by noon.
If estimated hours end up being different than the actual hours worked between Dec. 15 – 24, amendments can be made starting Monday, Dec. 19 in Workday Time Tracking. Amendments will be processed and paid on Jan. 13, 2023 (the first paycheck in 2023).
