Loyola Marymount University, in maintaining the highest possible accountability standards, provides an Ethics Reporting Line. The LMU community is afforded an avenue to report possible accounting and auditing fraud, abuse, misconduct, and other similar workplace violations related to accounting and auditing processes.
The Ethics Reporting Line is hosted by a third-party provider and supports either anonymous or confidential reporting by calling 866.294.6139 or submitting an online report. All reports are overseen by LMU’s Internal Audit department. No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone for reporting potential breaches of the university’s accounting and auditing policies.
This reporting line does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods:
- Student misconduct (non-Academic) should be reported through Student Affairs or to Public Safety
- Concerns on Student Academic misconduct should be reported as outlined in the Academic Honesty Policy and Procedures.
- Concerns about employment related matters should be reported to Human Resources representative. Please use the recommended procedures outlined by the relevant university policies to report discrimination or sexual harassment, matters related to faculty grievances and other matters involving employee complaints.
- NCAA compliance concerns should be reported to the Office of Athletic Compliance.
Do not use the Ethics Reporting Line to report an immediate threat to life or property. If you require emergency assistance, dial 911. For Public Safety assistance on the Westchester Campus, dial Ext. 222 or 310.338.2893. For Loyola Law School emergency assistance, call 213.736.1121.
