As part of the Ready LMU active threat preparedness campaign, LMU Emergency Management is partnering with LAPD to host an active threat training on Wednesday, March 8, from noon – 1:30 p.m. in St Robert’s Auditorium. The training is free and open to all students, staff, and faculty.
Participants will gain essential knowledge about what to do in the unlikely event of an active threat incident on campus. During the training, you’ll learn how to identify potential threats, what to do in the event of an actual threat, and how to communicate effectively with law enforcement and first responders.
All Lions are encouraged to attend and gain the confidence that you know what to do in the unlikely event of an active threat on campus. Add the event to your calendar here.
More information about active threat preparedness can be found on the LMU Emergency Management Active Threat page.
