Due to the upcoming university closures in observance of Cesar Chavez Day and Good Friday, LMU Payroll requires all timesheets to be submitted in Workday by noon on Thursday, Mar. 30.
Timesheets should reflect hours worked March 19 – April 1, 2023, and will be paid on April 6, 2023.
All part-time faculty, student workers, and staff, including both hourly and salaried staff as well as supervisors, must follow the payroll deadlines listed below:
- Non-exempt (hourly) employees must estimate hours worked and scheduled absences (sick and/or vacation) for March 30 – April 1. These hours should be submitted in Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence by noon on Thursday, March 30.
- Exempt (salaried) employees should submit upcoming absences (including sick and/or vacation) for workdays between March 30 – April 1 in the Workday Absence calendar by noon Thursday, March 30.
- Supervisors must approve hours worked, estimated hours, and scheduled absences (sick and/or vacation) for their team members in Workday by noon Thursday, March 30.
If estimated hours end up being different than the actual hours worked between March 30 – April 1, amendments can be submitted beginning on Wednesday, April 5 in Workday Time Tracking. Amendments will be processed and paid on April 21, 2023.
