Due to the upcoming university holiday in observance of Labor Day, LMU Payroll requires all timesheets to be submitted in Workday by 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 1.
Timesheets should reflect hours worked Aug. 20 – Sept. 2, 2023, and will be paid on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023.
All part-time faculty, student workers, and staff, including hourly and salaried staff as well as supervisors, must follow the payroll deadlines listed below:
- Non-exempt (hourly) employees must estimate hours worked and scheduled absences (sick and/or vacation) for Sept. 1 and Sept. 2. These hours should be submitted in Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence by 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 1.
- Exempt (salaried) employees should submit upcoming absences (including sick and/or vacation) for workdays between Sept. 1 and Sept. 2 in the Workday absence calendar by 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 1.
- Supervisors must approve hours worked, estimated hours, and scheduled absences (sick and/or vacation) for their team members in Workday by noon on Friday, Sept. 1.
If estimated hours end up being different than the actual hours worked between Sept. 1 and Sept. 2, amendments can be submitted beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 6, in Workday Time Tracking. Amendments will be processed and paid on Sept. 22, 2023.
