LMU’s Community of Care (COC) referral form has been updated and will have a new look starting Tuesday, June 20. The information requested in the form remains the same. As a reminder staff, faculty, and students can submit a COC referral to assist students who are dealing with distress in their lives to take positive steps to get back on track.
