Workday users will soon notice a new layout when logging in to Workday Support (the life buoy icon on the Workday dashboard). Beginning Monday, Feb. 5, the existing category tabs (“Employee Self-Service”, “Manager Self-Service”, etc.) will be reorganized for improved user navigation.
New categories will include:
- Getting Started
- HR Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service
- Expenses/Invoices/Purchases
- Finance
Under each category, the reference guides for related tasks will be grouped together, for greater ease in finding additional support resources. Please note, you may be asked to log in to Box to view Workday reference guides.
Additionally, Oracle to Workday account mapping is being phased out as part of this transition.
