
Pursuant to a new pay transparency act, starting Jan. 1, 2023, California employers with 15 or more employees must include a salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for a position in any internal or external job posting.
LMU will be complying with these new regulations. Workday will automatically populate job postings with appropriate details, based on the position being posted.
