International Programs and Partnerships invites LMU faculty to apply for the inaugural LMU International Faculty Development Seminar, an immersive professional experience designed to expand global perspectives and support innovative, globally engaged teaching.
Hosted in Costa Rica, in collaboration with the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education at the University for Peace (UPEACE), the nine-day seminar (May 20–28, 2026) brings together a cross-disciplinary cohort of LMU faculty to learn from international experts, engage with local communities, and explore culturally significant sites. Participants will develop practical strategies for integrating global citizenship and intercultural learning into their courses while building meaningful connections with colleagues across the university.
The deadline to apply is Feb. 6, 2026. Learn more and apply here.
