April 18 is the deadline to file taxes this year, and all Lions employed by LMU (including staff, faculty, and student workers) can access their required documents directly in Workday.
To view, download, and print your W-2 and 1095-C:
- Log in to lmu.edu and select the “Pay” button on the home screen.
- Under “View,” click on “My Tax Documents.”
- Here, you’ll be able to access your W-2 as well as change your elections (see below for more details).
- Benefit-eligible employees can view your 1095-C by clicking on your profile picture from the Workday home screen. Select “View Profile”, then click on “Actions” > “Benefits” > “View my ACA Forms.”
Note: Unless otherwise specified, all Lions will also receive a printed W-2 copy in the mail from ADP iPay. If you’d rather receive electronic copies only, you may select the “Edit” button under “Printing Election,” and change your preferences.
Tuition remission: If you are receiving tuition remission for a dependent enrolled at LMU, your student’s 1098-T form was mailed directly to them by January 31. If the student consented to electronic delivery, they would have received an email from Heartland ECSI. In the event the form was mailed to an address that is no longer valid, the student can log in to Heartland ECSI to view and download their 1098-T.
Reminder: Check Your Direct Deposit Payment Elections
While in the “Pay” tab of Workday, it’s a good time to review your payment elections. You can add additional banks, deposit your paycheck between multiple accounts, and more.
Just be sure to select “balance” for one bank account, or verify that the percentages add up to 100 if you’ve divided your pay between multiple accounts.
