INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES | A recent modification by Microsoft has resulted in some users receiving continuous password prompts when trying to access their LMU email. This has primarily affected users on iOS devices using the built-in mail application. Deleting and then re-adding the email account is the best workaround for this issue. If you need assistance with your iOS device or are experiencing this password prompt issue on a desktop computer, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
