
STUDENT AFFAIRS | Therapy Assistance Online – known as TAO – is a new resource LMU is offering to help students manage stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health needs. The free, confidential digital platform offers tools to help improve emotional well-being, including:
- Interactive educational modules
- Practice tools, daily logs and journals
- Relaxation and meditation guides
- A mindfulness library
- Strategies to help bounce back from any setback.
We encourage faculty and staff members to try out this as a resource and recommend TAO to students as a way to build resiliency in dealing with life’s difficulties.
