In accordance with the IRS mileage rate for 2025, effective Jan. 1, 2025, LMU will reimburse mileage at $0.70 per mile for personal vehicles used for business purposes.
Mileage reimbursement for travel in 2024 will remain at $0.67 per mile.
Employees who receive auto allowance will be reimbursed at $0.22 per mile in 2025.
Workday has been updated to auto-populate the new mileage rates when you submit a reimbursement request. For details on LMU’s mileage reimbursement policy please refer to 3.5.3.1 of LMU’s travel policy.
